Shipping, Returns, Terms and Conditions
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of payment being received. Some orders may take longer depending on weight and availability.
We ship Monday through Friday 9 am to 1 pm. Our office is closed on weekends and may be extended on holidays.
Notice items may ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS. The address you use must be a usable physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Free shipping is to the contiguous U.S. only; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional shipping fees. For shipping fees to these locations please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Buyers are responsible to make sure all parts bought are correct for your application before purchase. If you have purchased the incorrect item for your application, we will gladly accept the return. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping.

In the event D&M Supply sends the incorrect part by mistake then we will take care of return shipping and have the correct item sent asap.
All buyers must contact us via email within 14 days of receipt before returning an item. Any returned item must be sent in original unused condition. Any returned item that has been used will be rejected and not refunded.
Item Availability: We do our best to maintain accurate inventory on our website, however, due to the combination of web orders and customer pickups, sometimes items will sell both online and from our warehouse concurrently. It is possible a customer picked up our last part. In this case, we will notify you so you can decide to wait for our new inventory to arrive or receive a full refund.
